Greg Hamann

Greg Hamann, Partner

Greg brings over 14 years of construction management, sales, estimating and masonry trades to Patriot Precast, INC. Greg is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and management of Patriot Precast. Greg leads the Sales and Marketing team, and is our single point of contact for our customers estimating and design departments. Having a drive for business development, he also works on specialty projects that demand the highest degree of attention. Always eager to expand, Greg is always looking for new innovative product lines for MGA to offer to their customers. Greg brings to us a broad knowledge of commercial construction with an understanding of the commercial masonry trade and the precast industry having worked in growing Patriot Precast, INC with his father. Greg is a graduate of St. Anselm College, BA in business.

Tom Hamann

Tom Hamann, Operations Director & Partner

Leading our plant operations, Tom manages the day to day operations of our plant ensuring your project is built to specifications, APA standards, and delivered on time . Tom is also involved directly with the sales and marketing departments and works closely with that team developing new customers and new product lines. With a major in Leadership and Organizational Studies, Tom brings to our team a great insight on team dynamics, and how effective and positive communication, can overall strengthen a team's performance and product. Through extensive world travel, Tom has realized the importance of corporate responsibility. Tom is constantly working with our management team to help improve our carbon footprint. Tom's previous experience in human resource management allows for great collaboration with our existing team members. Tom is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine, BS in leadership and organizational studies.

David Swasey

David Swasey, Financial Director

Dave has over 15 years of Business Management Experience.  This with his degrees in Accounting and Finance from Cedarville University has given him the knowledge and experience to oversee the financial well being of Patriot Precast.  Dave started his career in the construction industry and has spent the past 12 years managing the day to day operations of a local CPA firm.  Along with strong accounting skills, he also has a deep knowledge of technology and human resources.

Josh Labonte

Josh Labonte, CPO

Josh brings over 20 years of Sales, Construction, Production, Project Management and Leadership experience to Patriot Precast. His background includes the management of numerous large scale and small scale projects spread throughout New England. He leads the Project Management department at Patriot Precast and is responsible for the management of all projects through their complete life cycle.

Lisa Allen

Lisa Allen, Business Development Specialist

Lisa is a Maine native who brings over 20 years of a construction related background. Serving as VP in custom homes for a number of years - she transferred her skills in design, operations & project management to Colorado where she worked as GM importing nature stone internationally. Lisa studied at USM, SMCC, ECC and CBC - her focus was economics and psychology. Lisa's passion and enthusiasm is with her clients as she partners with them in growth and success. Lisa will serve as our Business Development Specialist as she welcomes the opportunity to be the liaison to a smooth purchase and presentation of a brilliant product.

Chris Stearns

Chris Stearns, Northeast Sales Manager

Chris has been a part of the architectural precast & cast stone industry for over 16 years. He started off as a drafter, and has also worked as estimator and project manager. Chris brings the experience required to ensure your project runs smoothly, from initial design to job completion. His experience is enhanced by his Bachelor's degree in Architecture. As our Northeast Sales Manager, Chris is responsible for the overall leadership and development of sales for his area. Chris is a motivated individual who strives to offer the highest level of customer service, quality cast stone, and precast products his customers demand. Sandra Palone

Sandra Palone, Mid Atlantic Sales Manager

Sandra was introduced to sales when she was a teenager, working for a small engineering firm. Sandra received her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. After graduation, she became the North Eastern Regional Sales Representative for Crane Pumps & Systems, Burks Division. Within a few years, Sandra became the National OEM Sales Manager for Roper Pump Company. Following Roger Pump, Sandra moved on Cast- Con Stone, a dream job for her because of the interface with Architects, Engineers, other Precast Producers and Builders by marketing precast systems throughout the Mid-Atlantic States.

Currently Sandra is the President of Sandra Palone & Associates, LLC. (SP&A) - an Independent Sales Representative Company, representing products and services for Design and Construction. SP&A is an independent sales representative of Patriot Precast and Sandra is our acting Mid- Atlantic Sales Manager. Erik Blackington

Erik Blackington, Production Manager

Erik brings 15 years experience in construction and construction materials supplies field to MGA. Eric manages the day to day operations of the plant floor ensuring our customers projects start on time, are produced to specifications, meet our quality standards and delivered per agreement. Eric’s tenacious drive carries the day to day operation, and has built a team that can meet the growing demand for our products, and demanding project schedules with varying capacities. Eric lives with his family in the western mountains of Maine and enjoys boating on the weekends.

Brandy Rackliff

Brandy Rackliff, Project Coordinator

Brandy joins the MGA team with over 4 years experience in project coordination and logistics. With a background that also includes office administration and coordination of daily business operations, her contribution extends past just project activities. Brandy places emphasis on customer satisfaction and dedication to quality and timely completion of your project(s) as a priority, and is very detail oriented with a team focused approach. Brandy is a graduate of Hesser College in New Hampshire with a degree in Criminal Justice.

Gary Anderson

Gary Anderson, Logistics Coordinator

Gary has an associates in computer informational technologies. Gary background in IT has provided him with a very detailed approach to his work and communications with clients. Gary coordinates the scheduling of shipments and priorities for our projects. Gary is also the database manager for our barcoding and piece tracking system. Gary has been with MGA for two years and has served in a variety of roles in Quality Control and Shipping, providing a full understanding of the background details that make each delivery successful.

Brent Cornell

Brent Cornell, Architectural Drafter

Brent first started drafting in 1995 for an Architectural firm in Boston, after graduating from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering. Brent has over 18 years of experience in drafting Architectural drawings, 10 years of it in precast. Brent is now MGA's lead drafter in house and is dedicated to drafting your drawings accurately to the industry standards so your project will run smoothly from start to completion.
